Meet Danielle
I’m Danielle Harmon, Founder and Principal Designer of Sage Home Designs.
Residential construction has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’m the third generation in my family to build a career around creating homes. My grandfather was a home builder, and my dad is a home builder and developer. Growing up around that work gave me an early appreciation not only for how homes look, but for how they are built, how they function, and how thoughtful decisions at every stage shape the way a home ultimately feels.
That perspective has become the foundation of my design practice. I believe the best interiors are grounded in practical design and sound construction, with beauty and function working together rather than competing with one another.
My role is not simply to help clients choose finishes or define a style. Often, clients know how they want their home to feel long before they can fully articulate what that looks like. I love helping uncover that vision, drawing out the ideas they already have in their minds, and translating them into a cohesive, functional design that feels distinctly their own.
At Sage Home Designs, every decision is approached with intention, balancing aesthetics, livability, construction realities, and the bigger picture of the home as a whole.

The name Sage reflects the way I approach design.
Creating a home involves hundreds of decisions, and good design is about more than choosing what looks beautiful. It requires perspective, judgment, and an understanding of how each decision affects the next. My goal is to help clients move through that process with clarity and confidence.
Sage Home Designs was built around the idea that thoughtful design should feel considered, not complicated. Every recommendation is made with the full picture in mind, balancing aesthetics, function, construction, longevity, and the way a home will actually be lived in.
For me, providing good design also means providing sound advice. I want clients to feel that they have a trusted partner who can help them sort through the possibilities, recognize what matters, and make decisions that will continue to feel right long after the project is complete.
